THE Vodacom Super 14 competition got off to a superb start with the Sharks' win last week at home against the Bulls. Today they meet the Waratahs at Absa Stadium. The match will be televised on SS1 and M-Net from 8pm onwards.
Later today, the Stormers play Western Force at Newlands. The early game today was between Chiefs and Hurricanes from Hamilton in New Zealand (Highlights channel will bring you updates).
Tomorrow there are some exciting games: Crusaders v Reds, Christchurch; Brumbies v Blues, Canberra; Bulls v Cheetahs, Pretoria; Lions v Highlanders, Ellis Park, Johannesburg. All the games will be on widescreen as well on SS7.
There are two Six Nations as well. England meet Italy; and Scotland take on Wales.
The European Tour golf scene moves to Kuala Lumpur for the Malaysian Open with all the action on SuperSport 5 from 8.30am. In California, the Pebble Beach Pro-Am is being played.
This weekend, there are some crucial English Premiership games with defending champions Chelsea at home to Middlesbrough.
Other games are: Reading v Aston Villa; Manchester United v Charlton and Portsmouth v Manchester City.
And on Sunday there are two games. Bolton are at home to Fulham and Arsenal meet Wigan at the Emirates Stadium in London.
On the cricket front, the Commonwealth Bank Triangular Series has reached the final stages with Australia up against England - all games will be live on SuperSport.
The first final was played early today - the highlights are on the highlights channel. And South Africa will be busy with their third MTN One-day against Pakistan at Sahara Oval St George's Park.
